Overview
Work directly with Way Forward's signature embroidery and customization process, from creative development to finished product. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in fashion design, textiles, embroidery, craftsmanship and personalized product.
Responsibilities
Assist with hand and/or machine embroidery
Help develop new embroidery concepts and designs
Prepare garments and products for customization
Support custom client orders and special projects
Assist with samples, product development and quality control
Organize embroidery materials, threads, garments and production
Support product styling and visual merchandising
Learn to guide clients through customization options
Support sales, Shopify POS and store operations while working in-store
Ideal Candidate
Detail-oriented, artistic, patient and passionate about craftsmanship and fashion. Hand embroidery, machine embroidery, sewing, textile, illustration or fashion-design experience is strongly preferred.
