Overview
Help grow Way Forward's digital business and improve how customers discover and shop the brand online. This role combines Shopify, e-commerce, digital marketing and creative execution.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Shopify website
Upload products, photography, descriptions, pricing and collections
Help improve product pages and the online customer journey
Assist with email marketing and newsletters
Support SEO and online product discoverability
Create digital assets using Canva
Help execute online launches, promotions and campaigns
Review website and marketing analytics to identify growth opportunities
Support sales, Shopify POS, client experience and visual merchandising while working in-store
Ideal Candidate
Highly organized, digitally savvy, analytical and interested in the business side of fashion. Comfortable working independently and learning through execution. Shopify, Canva, e-commerce, email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics or similar experience is preferred.
