Overview
Help tell the Way Forward story through Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels. Turn embroidery in progress, client stories, new drops and everyday life in our West Village store into engaging, authentic content.
Responsibilities
Create and capture Instagram and TikTok content
Film behind-the-scenes embroidery, client experiences, products and store moments
Edit short-form videos and Reels
Develop content ideas and weekly posting plans
Assist with captions and brand storytelling
Track content performance and identify opportunities to grow engagement and followers
Support photoshoots, launches, events and collaborations
Support client experience, sales, Shopify POS and store presentation while working in-store
Ideal Candidate
Creative, outgoing, social-media savvy and comfortable filming and editing content. A strong visual eye, fashion sensibility and understanding of brand aesthetics are essential. Canva, CapCut, photography, Instagram/TikTok analytics or previous fashion-content experience are a plus.
