How does the customization process work?

You can customize any of our products either in store or online. In store, we will help you pick out your desired item and collect information about your custom piece. Unfortunately our online system is getting upgraded at the moment, so, we ask you to fill out this form with all of the necessary details. Then, we will send you a secure payment link to confirm your order.

How do your items fit?

Since all of our products are unisex, our fits run a little bit smaller than usual. We suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Non-custom orders will be shipped within 3-8 days. Custom orders will be shipped within 8-15 days. Thank you for your patience while we work our art!

How to track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally with a flat shipping fee of $35.

Can I exchange an item?

Full price is only exchangeable for credit and must be accompanied by unworn merchandise and in original packaging with original tags. Product exchanges or requesting credits are only allowed until the 8th day of purchase.See detailed policy here.
